Alexandra Inn is one of the best places we have stayed in a long time. The hotel is spotless, our room was beautiful, the beds are very comfortable. It was better than we had imagined. We had a view of the lake and one of my favorite parts was we could open our windows and listen to the waves all night. So relaxing! The beach was so clean and not crowded at all. The rooftop bar was beautiful and we loved spending time there relaxing. One of the best parts, though, was the service. Everyone was warm and welcoming and Morgan was the highlight. She went above and beyond to help us and I cannot say enough about how kind and thoughtful she was. Thank you Morgan for all you did to make our stay even more enjoyable!

My husband and I recently stayed at The Alexandra Inn, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—clean, cozy, and right on the bay with incredible views. It has such a relaxing boutique feel, and you can tell they really pay attention to the little details. Grab a post card before you leave - they are free! The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One girl was new and very sweet - I don't remember her name - sorry! We loved the free coffee (that machine is awesome) fresh pastries in the morning, and warm cookies in the evening. Those little touches made the stay feel extra special. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out over the water. There is a night light UNDER the bed! Our weather was a little all over the place but it didn't matter. We also spent an evening at Blush Rooftop Terrace, which had AMAZING views, delicious food (truffle shuffle!!) and great cocktails - thanks Tim!! This is the kind of place that makes you want to plan your next visit before you even leave and we can't wait to come back!

We had a great visit at the Alexandra Inn over an extended weekend. We visit Traverse City annually and this was our first time staying there. While we weren’t able to fully enjoy all of the amenities on site as much as possible due to the impact of the Canadian wildfire smoke - like the beach, or roof top bar/restaurant - we still did get to enjoy them a bit. But service was fantastic, the location was great, the room was very comfortable, and just nice touches everywhere. We’d definitely go back.

Really enjoyed our stay here! As someone who really cares about cleanliness, I was pleased with how clean the room was. Amenities were all new and well taken care of. Staff were kind and friendly. Location was great. My only complaint is that there is no breakfast available at Blush, and I feel like room service in the morning is a nice part of staying at a hotel. Was disappointed with their overall menu availability. Great experience otherwise, would stay here again.

we had the sweetest little getaway here ? all the small touches really just made it that more memorable! the key cards came in an adorable envelope with hand-written room number and last name! & the hand-written welcome note on the bed was so thoughtful! beautiful views from the room, comfiest + softest bed, had a deep tub with cozy robes provided, and the Blush rooftop bar had great ambience as well as another gorgeous view. they also have nightly warm chocolate chip cookies in the lobby ? and each morning is a different pastry (both of which are complimentary!) all the staff were super kind, and clearly put a lot of care and love into everything. such a wonderful time here!

Loved our stay at the Alexandra! The staff is so kind and accommodating. They accommodated us no problem for a late check in which I so appreciated. Love the quaintness and quietness of the hotel. Very romantic and relaxing for a weekend getaway. The fresh cookies and pastries are such a thoughtful and homey touch. I love the beach access and the fact that the chase lounges have comfortable cushions. Blush rooftop terrace was amazing as well and so nice to have somewhere in the hotel for a drink and bite to eat. Plus amazing views! Highly recommend to any couples or even for a lowkey girls trip, Alexandra Inn would be amazing.

The complimentary cookies every evening were a nice touch. I don’t think we opened the front doors once during our stay. Other than the extremely high water pressure in the shower it was a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.

Cozy, small scale with no crowd. Stunning views from our room balcony. Loved all the pink accents and thoughtful decor. Robes and soaking tub completed a romantic date getaway! Will visit again.

I stayed here during a conference in September. The hotel was right off the beach! Beautiful atmosphere and the rooms were phenomenal. The service from staff especially Jennifer H. was exemplary. I will be staying here again.

Nice hotel. The rooftop bar/restaurant is a must! We only stayed one night but it was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Very close to downtown Traverse City.
