We had a PERFECT 3 night stay! There's a group of 12 on the bikes so we were able to explore lots of beautiful county side! Loved how our group was able to stay close to each other and visit outside after a nice day of riding. Also, several restaurants & stores within walking distance to pick up anything we needed. Our host, Kate, was so accommodating & a true pleasure to meet! We'll most definitely be back!!! THANK YOU KATE FOR A FABULOUS STAY!!

Stayed at honor motel in cabin #1. Perfect for 4 girls on weekend trip. Cabin was very clean had comfortable living space loved the beach vibe colors etc.. especially appreciated all the hooks for hanging our belongings. This was one of the few suggestions on the website from Riverside kayak rental. Cabin had every accommodation we needed would definitely recommend. Major plus we were celebrating birthday the flyer made by the hotel had restaurant recommendations one was Mexican restaurant in Beulah they gave person a free meal if it was the exact same day as birthday absolutely free?. The only downside was the shower curtain would cling to you while showering ?

We stayed at Honor Motel during July 4th weekend. It is the most cutest motel I have ever come across. It is a roadside motel, very clean rooms, bathrooms, amazing communication from the staff. My husband and I loved our room and stay overall. We were right in the midpoint as we were able to visit Glenn Arbor, Empire and also Frankfurt. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is on budget and would like an amazing place to stay.

I really love this place. It was my first time in a Motel and everything was so clean and organized. The lady owner who made our reservation was the best. Super polite and nice. I loved the fact that the pets can’t sleep on bed without their own blanket. I was afraid of a dirt place but it was the opposite. I definitely will come back. I 100% recommend it!!

Great little spot. Feels like a blend between a motel and a Airbnb. The owners were super helpful and nearby if we needed anything. Would certainly recommend it and stay there again.

Found this motel by internet search. Price was right and conveniently located short, easy drive to Interlochen Arts Academy. It was just as lovely and inviting as the pictures posted on their website. Very neat and clean! Greeted by warm, welcoming owners. We were so excited to stay here and would happily stay again if we return to the area. Highly recommend!

The Honor Motel is switching to a contactless check-in system. We had a bit of a challenge checking in, however, one quick call to Kate and she remedied the situation immediately. We stayed in cabin #15. There are three beds in this cabin. One queen size bed, and two, I believe, full-size beds. My husband and I slept in the queen size bed, and it was very comfortable. There is a small coffee maker, a microwave, and a decent size refrigerator. The refrigerator sits underneath the countertop. It is not one of those very small refrigerators that some hotels have. There is a round table with four dining chairs in the middle of the room. Four people can sit comfortably at this table. You can eat your meals here, (you are not allowed to cook in the room) or play board games, cards, etc. They provide plenty of towels and washcloths. They also provide a hairdryer. The sink is a pedestal sink. I personally do not like pedestal sinks, as there is no countertop to put any of your toiletry items. There is a small shelf right below the mirror/above the sink that you can use to put a few toiletry items. The floor into the bathroom steps up approximately 4 inches from the main floor. This cabin was very clean. You can tell that the owners take pride in their facility. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this sweet little motel. Had everything we needed for a night on our roadtrip. The heater in the room was great as well. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable. Super simple no contact check in/out process.

We were very happy with our stay. It is an older motel but very well kept and updated. It was clean and comfortable and is right on US-31 so easy access. Excellent communication from the owners and very reasonable rates. Will definitely stay there again.

We live near the hotel and used it because of being out of power. The owner Kate was friendly and helpful with questions. The room was VERY CLEAN WITH CRISP CLEAN SHEETS; and comfortable. The heat worked great. ? The shower had great pressure. The hotel is on the older side but nicely updated. We were in a small unit with a queen bed; just right for a couple. Thankful they were open during extremely cold weather. I would recommend this motel to others.
