Recent reviews highlight inconsistent experiences, ranging from positive stays to deeply disappointing ones.
This place is appalling. $288.00 for 1 night at a smelly, dirty, grungy place like this is such a rip off. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. we were here at 3:00 and the room wasn't ready, so we drove around and came back at 4:15, it still wasn't ready. We did not get checked in until 5:00. The desk man in the lobby was so rude to us and the other patrons as well. When I called him out for being so rude he threatened to cancel us and said go find somewhere else to stay. I said why? Because you're so rude? Please whatever you do, don't stay at this dump. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.
Azar was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us and guide us around the city. His recommendations and friendly attitude made our stay exponentially better. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We truly appreciate everything he did and would definitely stay here again!!
I really liked this hotel, the room I got was super clean and looked updated. I was a little concerned initially but the place was great. I didn’t see the pool although I know it was open.
We arrived at 5:15 p.m. and were told our room was still being cleaned, even though check in was 4:00. We decided to go to dinner first and got back to the hotel at 8:00. Our room was ready by then but the key cards didn't work, the woman at the front desk had forgotten to program them. When we got into the room we found that the light above the bathroom sink didn't work. At that point we asked for a different room. When we got into the new room we found that the sink stopper was broken so the sink wouldn't drain. We had to pry it out with a pair of scissors. When we checked out the next morning we asked about getting a partial refund because of all the troubles. The manager wasn't there so the man at the desk took some notes and said he would pass it along to the manager. It's now a week later and no one has contacted us so apparently there is no refund coming. Needless to say we will never stay there again.
Walking distance to the park/beach. Near shopping and food . Our family loved this little hotel. Had a pool and hot tub . It was really nice for the price. The service was excellent.
The place is old, but seemed relatively well maintained and comfortable. Was perfectly fine for a solo traveler.
Nice, comfortable room. Room door was very difficult to open. The accommodations were a little expensive for a night's stay, but the entire area is over priced because it's a tourist spot.
Clean, quiet room at a reasonable price! Nice staff and good location. We would definitely return here!
Stayed for 1 night for work travel. Conveinently located, however could hear the road traffic all night long. The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant to speak with. Bathroom was a tad small but the room and bathroom was very clean!
First off the women checking me in was amazing very patient and nice and understanding but the rooms. Room smelt like human urine! There was fly’s an tiny flys in our room, the curtain didn’t close all the way, we had to jiggle the door a certain way to get it to lock, the curtains had mold on the bottom of them over all not a pleasant stay. Will not be staying again
